Utility Assistance

Crossfire may be able to provide utility assistance to our REGISTERED guests. If you are not currently registered for services with Crossfire, you MUST click the pre-registration button below and complete the form. Be sure that the number of household members entered in the pre-registration matches the number of household members claimed on the Application for Utility Assistance.

After completing the pre-registration form, complete and submit the Utility Assistance Application form. Double check before submitting to prevent delays.

  • Signatures in all signature fields

  • Signature on Consent to Release Information matches name on Utility Bill

  • All required documents are attached

Please be Patient. It can take up to 15 days to process your application and contact your utility provider. Continue to make your regular payment during this time. Your application will be processed in the order it was received. If your application is incomplete in any way, you will receive an email informing you that your application is incomplete and your application will be on hold until all required documents have been received, including the pre-registration form.

Please do not call or email for updates during this initial 15-day period as it only slows things down. Requests for updates during this time will not be responded to.
